Welcome to my blog! I am a Salesforce Business Analyst and CRM Analytics Certified Consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. I currently work as a Lead Solutions Engineer for CRM Analytics (previously Einstein Analytics) in the Financial Services space at Salesforce. Previous to that, I was a Senior Salesforce BA in the healthcare industry and implemented CRM Analytics at a prestigious Private Equity firm in Boston. Senior Salesforce Business Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
2021 – 2022
· Main Liaison between the Sales Organization and our Salesforce partner Perficient to implement Salesforce enhancements focused on supporting Blue Cross Sales Processes.
· Leading a project to migrate Blue Cross Sales Org from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
· Leading 3 projects analyzing current technical debt and optimizing Process Builders, Triggers and Workflows.
Salesforce Business Analyst and Einstein Analytics Consultant at Harbourvest
2019 – 2021
· Collaborated with Atrium Consulting implementing Einstein Analytics for the entire organization and continued to support Einstein by creating new Dashboards with complex dataflows and recipes.
· Took the role of the Salesforce Admin managing and implementing new Process Builders, new fields, modifying page layouts, cleaning up data with SF Data Loader, assisting with Deployments to Production leveraging Salesforce CLI, implementing new enhancements and supporting the 10 different business units using Salesforce.
· Set-up new integrations between various Apps and third party systems including: Cvent – Salesforce, Outlook – SF as well as a new Integration between SF and our Accounting system by leveraging Informatica Cloud
· Produced and delivered Salesforce training tools (video, documentation, reports and dashboards) to facilitate user adoption within the organization.
· Prepared High-Level design and technical design documents involving our integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems as well as of the HV Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Business Analyst at Northeastern University
2017-2019
Led the Applicant Pipeline Improvement Project (APIP) focused on re-engineering the way NEU existing systems feed applications into Salesforce and enabling NEU to centralize applications and streamline processes within Salesforce.
Led the Sales Enablement project focused on enabling the Opportunity Workspace in Salesforce Lightning, in order to bring the sales team in-house and automate the sales process.
Conducted technical QA testing during Salesforce related projects developing test plans, test cases and test scripts as well as writing user stories to review against the requirements.
