What can Tableau CRM (Now CRM Analytics) do for my company?

As an Einstein Analytics (now Tableau CRM) implementation expert I get a lot of questions regarding why Tableau CRM? So I figured I’d summarize what I usually tell people:
Data scattered in different systems?
Tableau CRM allows you to input data from Salesforce Objects, CSV Files, External Data Sources as well as other datasets. This is HUGE since your teams won’t have to export data from 10 different places to put together a weekly report but rather can just leverage Tableau CRM as the single source.
Trouble performing analysis on large amounts of data?
This is a common struggle for companies trying to analyze large amounts of data… either excel crashes or your systems simply don’t support as much data. Tableau CRM uses datasets and each dataset supports up to 2 billion rows! additionally you can enable 100 objects and up to 5,000 fields in a dataset, so you will never encounter issues analyzing your data.
Little to no insights on your data?
Einstein discovery takes your data, and tells you:
• “what happened”
• “why it happened” (and
• “what COULD happen”- predicted outcomes based on statistical probabilities)
and suggests ways in which you can improve predicted outcomes which is amazing and allows your teams to get on top of their game!
Outdated Excel Reports?
I’ve been at companies where the data is stale after a week and a team member has to spend an entire Friday re-running all the reports they ran the previous week, manupulating the data and making sure it’s up to date before sending to Sales Leaders… however, Tableau CRM Data sync establishes a link to an object in a data source which means, whenever there’s a change in your object in SF, Tableau CRM will refresh and update your data in your datasets and dashboards
